Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kangoanywhere@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item and it has been inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
